NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE ROSENDALE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of the Town of Rosendale,

Ulster County, New York, will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to §75-42 (D)(1)

of the Rosendale Town Code on application #2022-1-Area Variance-Andrea

Gamalski for a proposed Area Variance located 590 Hickory Bush Road,

Kingston NY 12401, Tax ID 62.2-5-11

SAID HEARING will take place at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, February 15^th 2022,

at which time all interested persons will be given the opportunity to be

heard. The meeting will be held virtually via Zoom.
