The responsibility for collecting real property taxes is performed by the tax collector. The collector is given the tax roll from which the property owners are billed for town, county and special district taxes. The taxes collected are turned over to the proper agencies.

School taxes are levied separately and collected by the school district tax collector, not the town tax collector.

(ONLY UNTIL MAY 31st) Credit card or Debit card payments may be made by clicking the link below. Any payments made after this date the Town of Rosendale will not be responsible for. You will need to contact the County's Taxation and Finance Department at 845-340-3431.
