NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE ROSENDALE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of the Town of Rosendale,
Ulster County, New York, will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to §75-42 (D)(1)
of the Rosendale Town Code for a proposed Area Variance on application #2023-
1-Area Variance-Tim Leiching located at 215 Whiteport Road, Kingston NY
12401, Tax ID 63.5-1-28

SAID HEARING will take place at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, May 16^th 2023, at
the Rondout Municipal Center located at 1915 Lucas Ave. Cottekill, New York
12419, at which time all interested persons will be given the opportunity to be
heard.
