BEFORE THE ROSENDALE PLANNING BOARD

 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE

that the Planning Board of the Town of Rosendale,
Ulster County, New York, will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to §75-40 (B)(2)(a)
and (b) of the Rosendale Town Code on application #2021-8-Lands of Justin
Venezia and Tedi Setton, for a proposed Special Use Permit located at 835 Fourth
Binnewater Lane, Kingston, NY, Parcel Tax ID 62.11-1-10.110
SAID HEARING will take place at 7:00PM on Thursday, January 13^th, 2022 at
which time all interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard.
