NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE ROSENDALE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of the Town of Rosendale,
Ulster County, New York, will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to §75-42 (D)(1)
of the Rosendale Town Code on application #2021-4-Marcia Kline and Ellen
Sribnick for a proposed Area Variance located at 190 and 194 Breezy Hill Road,
Kingston NY 12401, Tax ID 62.4-2-21 and 62.4-2-22
SAID HEARING will take place at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, September 21st 2021,
at which time all interested persons will be given the opportunity to be
heard.
