TAX CAP OVERRIDE
LOCAL LAW 2021

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the Town of Rosendale
will hold a public hearing on November 3, 2021
at the Rosendale Municipal Building,
1915 Lucas Avenue, Cottekill, NY,
To consider the advisability of adopting a Local Law,
which must be in effect, to override the mandated
tax levy limit established in General Municipal Law 3-c
in the event of unforeseen cost overruns associated
with meeting contractual obligations, minimum wage increases, unforeseen
COVID costs, bond payments, improving facilities, funding
Heath insurance expenses and unconfirmed Sales Tax and AIM revenue
From State and County Government.
