NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE ROSENDALE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of the Town of Rosendale,

Ulster County, New York, will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to §75-42 (D)(1)

of the Rosendale Town Code on application #2020-6-Daniel Stanley for a

proposed Area Variance located at 613 Springtown Road, Rosendale NY 12472,

SAID HEARING will take place at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, June 15^th 2021,

at which time all interested persons will be given the opportunity to be
