Chairman Billy Liggan called the meeting to order with the Pledge of Allegiance at 7:04 pm.

Minutes:

Motion made by Jere Brown, seconded by John Ivankovic, to accept the minutes from January 14^th, 2021

Motion carried.

Public Hearing:

Application: #2020-8-Minor Subdivision

SBL:  71.1-1-7.210

Location: 97 Coutant Road

Applicant: Estate of Ina Chetta, John DiGregorio as Executor

Carney Rhinevault is present, he gives a short overview of the proposed subdivision.

Public Comments:  None

Motion made by Jere Brown, seconded by John Ivankovic, to close the public hearing for this application at 7:17pm.

Motion carried.

• All comments from the Bergmann Associates Memo were addressed.

Motion made by Randi Morf, seconded by Jim Luckner, to approve application #2020-8-Minor Subdivision-Lands of Ina Chetta Estate with the following conditions:

1. All fees are paid in full
2. At least (4) paper copies and (1) Mylar copy of the Final Plat is submitted for signatures and filed within 62 days
3. Copies of the new deed descriptions are submitted to the Planning Board
