Supervisor Walsh called the meeting to order at 8:00 am.
Supervisor Walsh made a motion to go into executive session at 8:01 am to discuss the employment of a particular person, 2nd by Councilman Pryslopski. Roll Vote: 5 Yes.

The Town of Rosendale Town Board made a decision to draft a statement on Police Reform in the Town of Rosendale.
Supervisor Walsh made a motion to adjourn at 2:05 pm, 2nd by Councilman Pryslopski. Roll Vote: 5 Yes.
