NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

BEFORE THE ROSENDALE PLANNING BOARD

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Town of Rosendale,
Ulster County, New York, will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to 75-40 (B)(2)(a)
and (b) of the Rosendale Town Code on application #2022-1-Lewis Solar Partners
LLC, for a proposed Special Use Permit located at 173 Coutant Rd, Rosendale,
NY. Parcel Tax ID 62.4-6-33.100

SAID HEARING will take place at 7:00PM on Thursday, April 14^th, 2022 at which
time all interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard.
