MINUTES OF THE MARCH 18, 2008, MEETING

Chairman Robert Hendrickson called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm at the Rosendale Community Center with the pledge to the flag.

 Also Present:   Fred Greitzer, Planning Board Liaison
   Bill Liggan, Planning Board Chairman
   F-Stop Minissali, Town Board Member

II. MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING, FEBRUARY 19, 2008
Chairman Robert Hendrickson made a motion to approve the minutes as written. The motion was seconded by Brian Farmer.
 Roll Vote: Robert Hendrickson, Yes Denise Pitcher, Yes
   Ron Parenti, Yes  Brian Farmer, Yes
 Motion Carried.

Valley Resort - SEQR Lead Agency Coordination
Town of Rosendale Planning Board letter dated 2/22/08 regarding the proposed Hudson River Valley Resort, SEQRA Type 1 action - Lead Agency Coordination
Town of Rosendale Supervisor letter dated 2/22/08 regarding the Board’s decision to end participation in the proposed Joint Environmental Review Board as Lead Agency in the SEQRA review of the Hudson River Valley Resorts application
Continuing Education Class on Biodiversity Assessment, May 20-22nd at the Farm and Home Center in Millbrook, NY

Ron Parenti questioned whether their would be credits available for the Biodiversity Assessment Class on May 20-22nd and if this would be paid for by the Town of Rosendale.  A memo would be sent to the Town Supervisor for their answer.

A motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 8:20 pm by Brian Farmer.  The motion was seconded by Denise Pitcher.
