TOWN OF ROSENDALE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
MINUTES OF THE FEBRUARY 19TH 2008 MEETING

Chairman Robert Hendrickson called the meeting to order at 7:30 PM with the pledge to the flag.

I. ROLL CALL:
 Chairman Robert Hendrickson, Present Denise Pitcher, Present
 Ron Parenti, Present    Brian Farmer, Present
 Leland Eaton, Absent

 Also Present:   Fred Greitzer, Planning Board Liaison

II. MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING:  JANUARY 15, 2008

Planning Board Liaison, Fred Greitzer noted that the January minutes should be corrected on Section 2 to read -  the motion was seconded by Brian Farmer.  It was written as the motion was approved by Brian Farmer which was incorrect. 

Brian Farmer made a motion to approve the minutes with the above corrections.  The motion was seconded by Denise Pitcher.

Roll Vote: Brian Farmer, Yes   Denise Pitcher, Yes
  Robert Hendrickson, Yes  Ron Parenti, Yes
 Motion Carried.

VI. CORRESPONDENCE:

*A note was received from Deb at the Town Clerk’s office advising that the monthly Quinlan Zoning Bulletin was previously paid for by the Planning Board and they no longer wish to receive it.  The Zoning Board discussed the matter and are still interested in receiving the Zoning Bulletin each month.  The Town Clerk would be notified to continue the subscription for the Zoning Board members.

*Planning Seminar - March 11, 2008, 7 to 9:30 PM

Ron Parenti made a motion to close the meeting at 8:00 PM.  The motion was seconded by Brian Farmer.
