| The Town of Rosendale gets Grant from the Governor's Small City's Program
Deputy Supervisor Patrick McDonough worked his magic with his grant-writing ability and received a grant for $24,748 for the new Rosendale Recreation Center. This grant is for sidewalks, shrubs and plants around the new structure and other aesthetical enhancements. At an awards meeting at the Catskill Mountain Foundation, in Hunter, on Monday, Oct. 7th, the Lieutenant Governor, Mary O. Donohue and state Sen. James Seward, R-Oneonta spoke about the importance of the small cities and towns in New York and how it is vital that they have economic growth and ways to attract people to visit and live there through beautification.

Supervisor Phil Terpening and Deputy Supervisor Patrick McDonough attended the event and Patrick was congratulated for his efforts and award in helping our township receive the grant by State Senator James Seward.
