All permits are for one year
Only waste generated in the Town of Rosendale is permitted to be disposed of at the
Transfer Station.
All Recycling Laws must be observed.
A one day pass is required when using another vehicle other then those registered for that permit. This pass is available from the Town Clerk's Office
Items To Be Recycled at Transfer Station
Used Motor Oil
* Waste Mail (including wrapping paper)
* Magazines * Plastic
(All bottles that have "necks") Please Crush!
* Tin (Both ends removed)
* Glass No Ceramic, Windows, Headlights,
Light Bulbs, or Mirrors
* Newspaper * Cardboard
Including cereal, and tissue boxes, brown
paper bags, and grey or brown chipboard
* Aluminum * Copper * Brass
Recycle old cell phones, pagers, toner cartridges and laser ink cartridges at no charge. Proceeds will go to benefit the Ulster County Chapter of the American Red Cross.

All forms of electronic media and their cases:
Diskettes, Zip Discs, CDs, CD-Rs, CD-RWS, DVDs,Video Tapes (VHS), Audio Tapes, Game Cartridges,DAT, DLT, Beta or Digibeta
and virtually all other types of computer tapes.
