The annual election of the Tillson Fire District will take place on
Dec.13th, 2011 at the Tillson Fire House located at 5 Tillson Rd,
Tillson, N.Y. for the purposr of electing one (1) commissioner for a
5 year term commencing on Jan.1st, 2012 and ending on Dec.31st
2016, one (1) commissioner for a 1 year term commencing 0n Jan.1st, 2012
and ending on Dec.31st, 2012 and one (1) Treasurer for a 3 year term
commencing on Jan.1st, 2012 and ending on Dec.31st, 2014.
All duly registered voters of the Tillson Fire District are eligible to vote.
Any one wishing to have their name placed on the ballot shall file their
name with the District secretary no later than Nov.23, 2012 at P.O. Box

NOTICE OF ANNUAL ELECTION
ROSENDALE FIRE DISTRICT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Annual Election of Rosendale Fire District will take place on December 13, 2011 between the hours of 6:00pm AND 9:00 pm at the firehouse located at 346 Main St. Rosendale, NY for the following purpose:
To elect one (1) Fire District Commissioner for five (5) year term commencing
January 1, 2012 and ending December 31, 2016.
All residents of the Rosendale Fire District, who are duly registered to vote with the Ulster County Board of Elections on or before November 21, 2011 shall be entitled to vote at this election.
Any person desiring to have his or her name appear on the ballot for the above office must have filed a written request, with the Secretary of the Fire District, not later than November 23, 2011.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BEFORE THE ROSENDALE ZONING BOARD
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of
Rosendale, Ulster County, New York, will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to
Chapter 75 of the Town Code on application number Z2011-7 by Karan Borello
for an Use Variance for housing pet chickens (2) in a residential zoned district.
Located at 891Elting Road, Rosendale, NY. Tax map # 70.34-4-5
SAID HEARING will take place at 7:30 PM on Tuesday, December 20, 2011 at the
Town of Rosendale Recreation Center on Route 32, Rosendale, New York, at which
time all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
