 The Rosendale Winter Farmers Market takes place inside the Rosendale Community Center on Sunday, January 8^th, from 10 AM to 2PM with regional vendors offering local fruits, meats, eggs, baked goods, chocolates, organic soaps and lotions, hand-made jewelry, cooking tools, locally-roasted coffee beans,  locally-made jams, sauces, ice cream toppings, and more.  There’s free coffee, tea and Wi-Fi service.  Live acoustic bluegrass and traditional American songs will be played by Rob Strangers & Friends.

 From 10 AM to Noon,  Market Managers will also  cook-up  PANCAKES a la carte, with REAL  maple syrup!!    Breakfast is free, but  donations to the Rosendale Food Pantry (cash, non-perishable food items or new, unopened personal care products) are encouraged.

 From Noon to 2 PM,  chef extraordinaire, Jeremy Kolakowski, Executive Chef of Rock & Rye Tavern at the New Paltz Golf Course,   will  offer free tastings of some of his favorite dishes, featuring  locally grown ingredients, including pastured meat raised by Rykowski’s Beef Farm.
