Public Hearing Tax Cap Override Local Law November 1, 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN,

That the Town Board of the Town of Rosendale
will be holding a Public Hearing:

On November 1, 2023 at the Rondout Municipal Center, Room M1, 1015 Lucas Avenue, Cottekill, NY 12419 at 7PM, immediately following the Public Hearing for the 2024 Town’s Preliminary Budget to consider the advisability of the Tax Cap Override Local Law for unforeseen cost overruns which may be associated with meeting contractual obligations, minimum wage increases, bond payments, improving facilities, funding health insurance expenses and unconfirmed Sales Tax and AIM revenue from State and County Government.
