PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Town of Rosendale,

Ulster County, New York 12472, will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to §60-11

(B) of the Rosendale Town Code on application number #2020-8-Estate of Ina

Chetta for a proposed Minor Subdivision located at 97 Coutant Road NY 12472

SAID HEARING will take place at 7:00 PM on Thursday, January 14^th 2021, at
