Minutes: The minutes of the previous meeting were
approved, as amended: to delete all Points of Information, without division: matters discussed, with no vote taken; which, together with the Consultant's revisions thereto, are instead to be included in a separate document, with statements taken at the Committee's Public Hearing, comprising Citizen Comments on the Draft Master Plan.

that the Chairman send a letter to the Town of Rosendale Supervisor requesting that the Town Board set a date for a public hearing, the purpose of the public hearing being for review of and public comments on the Draft Master Plan;
