A public scoping session was held on October 29, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town of Rosendale Community Center, 1055 Route 32, Rosendale, New York.

Procedure for Scoping Session:

The Developer will present a brief overview of their proposed project.  The DEC will then give a short presentation explaining the purpose of the scoping process and setting some basic ground rules.

            Any citizen that would like to speak will need to sign in.  They will be asked to try to limit verbal comments to about five minutes. 

            There will also be an opportunity for any individual, group or agency to submit written comments until November 7, 2008.  This, of course, does not preclude them from also making comments at the scoping session.
