RecreationCenter Application- Fill out this application if you wish to rent the facilities at the Community Center. Please note that you can not use this form to have a birthday party at the Youth Center. Please call Kathy at 658-8982 for youth center rentals.

Volunteer Application- Fill out this application if you wish to volunteer for any of the commission or committees within the Town of Rosendale. Your application will be considered should there be an opening on the desired commission/committee.
